Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) requires a Canadian point of contact listed for every application submitted for certification. Part of the service we offer our customers is to be the point of contact for these inquiries.
We act as a point of contact interacting with ISED should they request information on a registered product in their database.
Typically they will randomly choose a product, contact us with the information, which we pass along to you.
